Order info / TilaaminenITEMS Syster Retro offers second hand clothing and accessories, therefore the condition of the clothes is never perfect. We let you know about the condition in the descriptions. The stuff we sell is always wearable, even if they have imperfections. Remember, the items have been used, therefore we recommend washing them before use. CONDITION +++ - basically flawless ++ - good, with a few imperfections + - has imperfections, but is wearable ORDERING & SHIPPING If you're ordering from an EU or Scandinavian country (not Finland), please contact us by e-mail before ordering. The shipping fees showing are for shipping within Finland. We will give you instructions on how to order and pay. Do not order before you get a price for the shipping! The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. If the "add to basket" button is missing, it means it has been ordered and we are waiting for the payment. After that it will be moved to the SOLD OUTs. We ship to EU and Scandinavian countries. We ship from Finland. We ship within 5 working days after recieving the payment. SIZE The clothes don't all have sizes, so we set them ourselves. Our model is an EU size 34-36. She is 173cm tall. Some clothes are fitted/shortened on model, just to give you an idea of the fit. We have measured the clothes while laying flat, to give you an idea of the size. The measurements are not always 100% accurate, remember that. RETURNING ITEMS The clothes are second hand and have been used, but we try to give you the correct measures and condition of the items. If you want to return an item, contact us first. The costomer pays for the return shipping. You can return the item within 14 days after the day of the payment. TUOTTEET Syster Retro myy käytettyjä vaatteita ja asusteita, joten tuotteiden kunto ei vastaa uusien tuotteiden kuntoa. Yritämme kuitenkin kertoa tuotteiden kunnosta kuvauksissa. Kuitenkin tuotteemme ovat aina käyttökunnossa! Muista, että tuotteet ovat käytettyjä. Vaatteiden peseminen ennen käyttöä on suositeltavaa. KUNTO +++ - melkein täydellinen ++ - hyvä, muutama käytön jälki löytyy + - käytön jälkeä löytyy TILAAMINEN & POSTITUS Kun haluat tilata tuotteen, klikkaa "add to basket" painiketta. Kun olet shoppaillut valmiiksi, mene ostoskoriisi (sivun oikeassa yläkulmassa). Täytä lomake ja lähetä tilaus. Saat sähköpostiisi maksuohjeet. Lähetämme tuotteet vasta sitten, kun rahat näkyy tilillä. Muista että hinnasta puuttuu postitusmaksu. Postimaksu on aina 8,50€, olipa tilauksesi iso tai pieni. Odotamme maksua 5 päivää, sen jälkeen pistämme tuotteen takaisin myyntiin jos ei mitään ole kuulunut! Jos tuotteesta puuttuu "add to basket"-painiketta, tuote on tilattu ja odottaa maksua. Kun tuote on maksettu, se siirtyy SOLD OUT-ryhmään. KOOT Monesta tuotteesta puuttuu kokolappu, joten arvioimme itse tuotteiden kokoa. Mallimme on kokoa 36. Hän on 173cm pitkä. Vaatteet ovat sovitettuja ja muokattuja mallilla, jotta saisitte idean siitä, miltä tuote näyttää päällä. Olemme mitanneet tuotteet, mitat ovat suuntaa antavia. Mitat löytyy tuotekuvauksissa. PALAUTTAMINEN Kaikki tuotteet ovat käytettyjä, joten lue tarkkaan tuotekuvausta ennen tilaamista. Jos kuitenkin jostain syystä haluat palauttaa tuotteen, ota meihin yhteyttä. Palauttaja maksaa tietysti postimaksun. Palauttaminen on mahdollista 14 päivää maksupäivästä lähtien.
