Syster Retro offers second hand clothing and accessories, therefore the condition of the clothes is never perfect. We let you know about the condition in the descriptions. The stuff we sell is always wearable, even if they have imperfections.

Remember, the items have been used, therefore we recommend washing them before use.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

If you're ordering from an EU or Scandinavian country (not Finland), please contact us by e-mail before ordering. The shipping fees showing are for shipping within Finland. We will give you instructions on how to order and pay. Do not order before you get a price for the shipping! The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

If the "add to basket" button is missing, it means it has been ordered and we are waiting for the payment. After that it will be moved to the SOLD OUTs. 

We ship to EU and Scandinavian countries. We ship from Finland. We ship within 5 working days after recieving the payment.

SIZE

The clothes don't all have sizes, so we set them ourselves.

Our model is an EU size 36. She is 173cm tall. Some clothes are fitted/shortened on model, just to give you an idea of the fit.

We have measured the clothes while laying flat, to give you an idea of the size. The measurements are not always 100% accurate, remember that. 

RETURNING ITEMS

The clothes are second hand and have been used, but we try to give you the correct measures and condition of the items. If you want to return an item, contact us first. The costomer pays for the return shipping. You can return the item within 14 days after the day of the payment.
